and Specifications |
| All
of the prices and product specifications
are subject to change without notice. In
the event of a change you will be notified
prior to your order being processed. Prices
represent Buyer's net cost in U.S. currency.
Prices do not include freight(unless stated),
applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
These cost are to be paid by buyer. We only
collect sales tax for shipments into the
State of Nevada. |
| Terms
Of Sale |
| Open
account terms are extended to firms listed
and satisfactorily rated by Dun & Bradstreet.
Unrated or unlisted firms may submit local
bank information (please include phone numbers
with all references). To expedite your first
order include a payment. Open Account terms
are Net 10 Days from date of shipment. |
| Product
Warranty |
| All items
are warranted for a minimum of 30 days unless
otherwise stated. Products shall be free
from defects in material and workmanship
under normal use. This warranty is exclusive
and is lieu of any other warranty, express
or implied, including, but not limited to,
any implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular use. |
| Return
Policy And Procedure |
You be
the judge. If for any reason you are dissatisfied
with a product within 30 days of our invoice
date you may return it for full credit of
merchandise and sales tax. Orders for custom
or made to order items (includes upholstered
or wood finished items, and lockers in colors
other than gray or tan) cannot be cancelled
or returned. Confirmation and duplicate
orders are the buyer's responsibility. All
returns must be shipped prepaid, be in its
original carton, and must be in a resalable
condition, All returns are subject to our
inspection. Issuance of credit or refund
is only after our acceptence of the inspection
report. Allow 30 days for processing. Products
not returned within the 30 day period, may
not be returned without written prior approval
from Anytime Products, and is subject to
a 30% restocking charge if approval is given.

| Cancellation
Policy |
| There is
no charge for cancellation as long as the
order is not being produced special and
has not been shipped. If the product has
been shipped, you will be responsible for
all freight related costs to and from your
loction since we can't stop shipments in
transit. All cancellations must be in writing,
faxed toll free to (800)657-7291 or e-mailed
to customerservice@AnytimeProducts.com. |
| Shipping |
Unless
otherwise requested by Buyer, items will
be shipped via carriers of our choice with
any shipping, handling, and packaging charges
added to the invoice.

| Damage
Shipments |
| All
products are inspected prior to shipment.
Buyer must thoroughly inspect all items
for shipping damage before signing and accepting
delivery (freight companies will not accept
claims when damage is not noted on freight
bill). Anytime Products is not liabile for
any shipments signed for when damage is
not noted on freight bill. Buyer should
note on the freight bill extent of damage.
Anytime Products responsibility for loss
or damage ceases when the item(s) are accepted
for shipment by the carrier. Anytime Products
will when asked help in the filing of a
freight claim if notified within 5 business
days. |
| Buyer's
Exclusive Remedies |
Anytime
Products liability and Buyer's exclusive
remedies under any and all Anytime Products
warranty shall be limited solely to repair,
replacement, refund, or credit, at Anytime
Products option, and only when our instructions
are followed. Anytime Products shall not
be liable, under any circumstances what
so ever, for consequential or incidental
damages, including, but not limited to,
labor costs or loss of profits arising in
connection with the use of or inability
to use items purchased from Anytime Products

| Controlling
Law |
| All agreements
between Anytime Products and Buyer shall
be governed and interpreted under the laws
of the State of Nevada. |

A 5% trade cash discount is offered from merchandise total excluding any freight for prepaid orders with check sent by USPS mail or express envelopes (USPS, Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.) This does not apply to payments by credit card since we are charged fees for processing the payment. |

All requests for bids include the cost for merchandise, freight, volume and trade cash discounts. Each bid is reviewed based on the dollar value, type of product, and ship to location to determine if added discounts or freight allowances can be offered. Bids requested before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time are processed and faxed the same day, after 3:00 PM processing and faxing is the next business day.

We have a standard
charge of $34.95 for freight and processing of orders
that are less than $100. Freight costs are computed
based on ship to zip code location, fuel surcharge, freight carrier
minimum charges and/or size and weight of products
ordered. Freight charges are based on delivery to
company docks. Carriers charge extra fees for residential
deliveries, deliveries of large or heavy items needing
a liftgate to unload to ground level, call before
delivery request, inside delivery request (means carrier
takes shipment off of truck and moves it to closest
indoor location). For any special requirements please
specify in Comments/Ordering Instructions area located
near the bottom of the Order Form.

Customer Freight Carriers
|
|
|
Due to our high volumes of shipments, the freight carriers we use offer us large discounts from their normal price structures. These savings are passed on to you, our customer, and added to your invoice. For customers with special relationships or contracts with their own carriers, and who would prefer for us to use those carriers, please supply us with the name of the carrier, carrier phone number, and your account number.
