Blood Drawing Padded Vinyl Chairs - Universally accepted chair for drawing blood with its many features. Use in hospitals, doctor's offices, clinics and laboratories. Provides a comfortable padded vinyl upholstered, easy to wipe clean, covering in eight designer colors. Large 350 lbs. seat capacity. Ergonomic adjustable features on these chairs are designed to make for easier use by the technicians. Medical technologists and phlebotomists offered their guidance in the design of this chair. Chair features a fold-up contoured rethane armrest on patient's right that provides a quick release adjustment to allow armrest to swing up out of the way offering unobstructed room for the patient to sit down, and then the armrest is returned back down for a comfortable fit. Second armrest on patient's left. Both armrests adjust infinitely in height from 28" to 35" with easy to use control knobs devices. All welded steel neutral gray powder coated frame with reinforced cross base gives superior stability, strength and durability. High impact leveling feet ensure a sturdy chair on almost any floor surface. Optional pivot armrest can be ordered in place of fold-up armrest, or optional pivot armrest can be ordered on both the right and left sides (height adjustability remains the same). Optional IV pole attaches easily to chair frame. Chair is also avaialble with a laminated drawer supply cabinet that is 11½"W x 16¼"D x 10½"H. All requests for bids include the cost for merchandise, freight, volume and trade cash discounts. Each bid is reviewed based on the dollar value, type of product, and ship to location to determine if added discounts or freight allowances can be offered. Bids requested before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time are processed and faxed the same day, after 3:00 PM processing and faxing is the next business day.

| Freight Discounts |
We have a standard
charge of $34.95 for freight and processing of orders
that are less than $100. Freight costs are computed
based on ship to zip code location, fuel surcharge, freight carrier
minimum charges and/or size and weight of products
ordered. Freight charges are based on delivery to
company docks. Carriers charge extra fees for residential
deliveries, deliveries of large or heavy items needing
a liftgate to unload to ground level, call before
delivery request, inside delivery request (means carrier
takes shipment off of truck and moves it to closest
indoor location). For any special requirements please
specify in Comments/Ordering Instructions area located
near the bottom of the Order Form.

These savings are passed on to you, our customer, and added to your invoice. For customers with special relationships or contracts with their own carriers, and who would prefer for us to use those carriers, please supply us with the name of the carrier, carrier phone number, and your account number.
