Basic Production Bench With Four Upper Rows of Plastic Bins -
Increase productivity with these heavy-duty benches. Steel welded channel formed legs and steel frame provide strength and support for heavy loads. Legs adjust from 29½” to 34½” in height allowing user to find the most comfortable working height. Large 1-¾” thick very durable butcher-block maple bench top will not harm sharp tools or delicate parts. Tops will provide plenty of room to get the job done and are offered with two edge styles: Square front edge or Comfort front edge. Choose from up to six top sizes. Choose the basic bench (top, legs, four upper rows of bins, and steel under frame) or choose the basic bench with drawers (6"H or 12"H x 17"W x 20"D) and/or 15"D lower shelf to meet your needs. When using drawers only bench tops 30” in depth is recommended. Each bench comes with four upper rows of durable plastic propylene waterproof, greaseproof, and leak proof bins that are 7-3/8”L x 4-1/8”W x 3”H. Bins resist moisture, grease, oil, and most chemicals. Hopper front allows easy retrieval of contents. Built-in rear v-notch hanger feature allows for bin to catch on the horizontal bin rail when being used at the bench and offers the user the option to remove the bin rail. Edges and sides of the plastic bins are reinforced for added strength to prevent wall collapse when fully loaded. Plastic bins will resist rust, stains, chemicals, corrosion, and most acids. Bins have a built-in front handgrip with a large front slot for content identification label. Up to one additional bin row can be added as an option. Choose from 6 bin colors. Bench color is blue. All requests for bids include the cost for merchandise, freight, volume and trade cash discounts. Each bid is reviewed based on the dollar value, type of product, and ship to location to determine if added discounts or freight allowances can be offered. Bids requested before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time are processed and faxed the same day, after 3:00 PM processing and faxing is the next business day.

| Freight Discounts |
We have a standard
charge of $34.95 for freight and processing of orders
that are less than $100. Freight costs are computed
based on ship to zip code location, fuel surcharge, freight carrier
minimum charges and/or size and weight of products
ordered. Freight charges are based on delivery to
company docks. Carriers charge extra fees for residential
deliveries, deliveries of large or heavy items needing
a liftgate to unload to ground level, call before
delivery request, inside delivery request (means carrier
takes shipment off of truck and moves it to closest
indoor location). For any special requirements please
specify in Comments/Ordering Instructions area located
near the bottom of the Order Form.

Due to our high volumes of shipments, the freight carriers we use offer us large discounts from their normal price structures. These savings are passed on to you, our customer, and added to your invoice. For customers with special relationships or contracts with their own carriers, and who would prefer for us to use those carriers, please supply us with the name of the carrier, carrier phone number, and your account number.
