| Why
are Anytime Products prices so low? |
We
distribute our products throughout the world.
We maintain low overheads and high volume
so you can benefit with huge savings.

| How
can I get free delivery? |
Yes,
we offer free shipping based on the dollar
value of your order. If your order is $20,000.00
or more, shipping within the United States
we pay the freight. There are execptions
to this freight policy if you are located
in a high freight zone, such as Alaska, for
example. We will still attempt to absorb
as much of the shipping charges as possible,
while still maintaining a small margin.
In any event if Anytime Products needs to
adjust its freight policy, you will be
contacted before your order is processed.

| I
have a large requirement, is there a better
price? |
We
want to provide all our customers with not
simply the lowest price, but the lowest
delivered price. There is usually additional
savings that can be passed along to large
enough orders. Anytime Products welcomes
any request for pricing review in the hopes
of added savings for the customer. Please
call, fax or e-mail any request for quotes
to us.

| How
is the order shipped? |
All items
are delivered by ground using UPS, Fedex,
USPS, or freight delivery companies when
the products are oversized or heavy. Arrangements
can be made for inside delivery, residential
delivery, and non-dock delivery in the case
of heavy shipments. We must have a valid
street address. Deliveries will not be made
to P.O. Box or Mail Boxes.

| When
will I receive my order? |
The general rule is stock items will usually ship within 72 hours (there can be exceptions). Depending on the size of the item, the weight of the item, and the delivery location allow from 5 to 14 business days in transit shipping time.

| How
do I track my order? |
Once
the item has been shipped you will receive
an e-mail with shipping information (item,
quantity, shipping address, carrier and
tracking number).

| What
is your cancellation policy? |
There
is no charge for cancellation as long as
the order is not being produced special
and has not been shipped. If the product
has been shipped, we will have to charge
the freight cost charged to us since we
can't stop shipments in transit. All cancellations
must be in writing, faxed or e-mailed.

happens after I place an order? |
You
will receive a confirmation e-mail upon
Anytime Products acceptance of the order
detailing all charges for products, freight
if any, sales taxes if located in the State
of Nevada. Please verify this information
and contact us if there are any changes
to the order.
